WCMS Weather Team visit to the

National Weather Service

Lincoln, IL

 



On Friday afternoon, May 3, 2002, the WCMS Weather Team traveled to the National Weather Service Office in Lincoln, IL. Rod Palmer,Warning Coordination Meteorologist, led the team on a tour of the facilities and described the many instruments used by the NWS team for collecting weather data. A special thanks goes to Rod Palmer and the Lincoln NWS staff for allowing us to visit the site.
