Each Wednesday Morning from 6 to 9 am (Central Time), I host the "Non-Dairy Creamer Morning Menu Show" on WEFT Community Radio, 90.1 FM in Champaign, Illinois ("Champaign - The Bubbly City").

The show's format promises "Mixed Music & Information for Vegans and the Lactose Intolerant".

6:01 to 6:06 am Headline News from National Public Radio

6:30 am "The Sky Tonight," a locally produced show on all things astronimical.

7:01 to 7:06 am Headline News from National Public Radio

7:30 am "The 90 Second Naturalist", a program on nature and wild creatures, brought to you by Thane Maynard and the Cincinattie Zoo

7:45 am The Non-Dairy Creamer Poetry Feature, where I read a poem for your morning enjoyment. (Every once and a while we have recordings of poems, and even prose sometimes!)

8:01 to 8:06 am Headline News from National Public Radio

8:30 am "Life in the Bike Lane," a program produced by the Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center

8:45 am "Hightower Radio," the insightful and humourous commentary of Jim Hightower. (Its amazing that this man was actually a cabinet secretary at one time. Those were different days!).

The rest of the show is filled with music from all over the stylistic spectrum, especially Jazz, Blues, Alt-Country, Bluegrass, African, Reggae, Latin American, Pop, Rock, Electronica, Indian, Ska, Folk, Soul... Tune in some time... And give me a call (217-359-9338) and let me know what you think!
