John McMurry's Organic Chemistry Companion Site  - designed by our textbook's publisher; each chapter section has great explanations, visualizations, practice problems, etc.  You MUST check this out!
How to Do Really Well in Organic Chemistry  -  try these tips, and you will do well.  Simple as that.
Resonance - brief summary; worked problems; practice problems with answers.  Resonance is exremely important, and you'll be using it the entire time you study organic and/or medicinal chemistry.  Work at it!
Substitution vs. Elimination - a flow chart that brings it all together
Cycloalkanes  - short but complete summary of cycloalkane nomenclature, ring strain, conformations, etc.

here are two really excellent sites for the NMR beginner, which I showed you in class.  CHECK THEM OUT!!  I guarantee that they'll help your understanding tremendously - but you have to set aside some time to work with them.  Both require the Chime plugin, which you can get here.

On-Line Help for Organic Chemistry Students (by Dr. H. Black)- from electronic flash cards to reaction roadmaps to PowerPoint slideshows, from tutorials to practice problems (by the hundred!) to comprehensive review sites (including one using our text), this site - gathered from across the entire web - has whatever you need to help you in your understanding of organic chemistry. Guaranteed.
