Frieze Pattern Examples
Frieze Patterns are patterns that repeat along a strip. The decorations
above and the separators below are all examples of frieze patterns. Notice
that in all of these examples there is a small block that can be slid
along the strip until it matches a copy of itself. These examples all have
other symmetries as well. See if you can identify some of them.
