Momentum

Another way . . .

momentum = (mass) (velocity)

p = m v

This means momentum is a vector.

(This means there is a direction to the momentum).

There are no special units for momentum.

Momentum is simply measured in units of

[ p ] = kg m / s

(These units of momentum do not have a special name).
