WEB RESOURCES

Here are some resources for you to use as we begin to improve our understanding of addiction, recovery, and treatment.  Please check back from time to time during the semester.  I will add links and articles as we go along.  Use them to the extent that you have the time and energy to do so, and feel free to reference them in your research papers.  However, only those readings outlined in the syllabus are required -- so please don't panic!  If you come across a web resource you would like to share please email the information to me and I will post it here.

Class Materials
I will post lecture notes no later than 24 hours before each class.  To print pages for note-taking in class using PowerPoint, you will need to save the file. I suggest using File/Save As and designate the directory or put it on your desktop. You can then call it up with PowerPoint and go to File/Print.  Where is says "print what" set it to handouts.  Then set the "slides per page" to 3.  You should get a print out with each slide and a section for notes next to it.
