Hi! I am Dr. Marie A. Fero, and I teach in the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle Level Education. I promised my students that I would get my pages up and running....so far, so good, right? Anyway, these pages are under construction......8^)

Here's a "picture story" about me:

....I like to eat 's, but ONLY on weekends. My favorite pastimes are studying the history of my family, who came over from Italy on a .....(I think that's my Grandpa looking at the Statue of Liberty!) I am very in to , but don't get me started, please! I was a major in my first life, but I don't get a chance to play much these days...I should work on that. Recently, I've developed an interest in classes. I wrote a children's book this past summer; maybe I can illustrate it too! I like to watch NFL , but I won't say my favorite teams here....

I love to work with and teach of all ages, Kindergarten up to adults.

Of course, my favorite thing to do this year is to teach Education students at EIU. I know we'll have a great year working together to help you become the best teacher you can be! I feel that I went from to with the help of my teachers through the years, and so can you!!
